Takahashi FOA-60 f8.8 Doublet Fluorite APO refractor. This is currently the best corrected of ANY Takahashi telescope (needs the 1.7X dedicated extender). An independent German tester recorded a Strehl (without extender) of 0.996. This is a premium 'fit & finish' scope even by Takahashi standards. Sliding dewshield. Accepts 2" eyepieces. Extremely smooth and precise focuser. Price includes a Takahashi symmetric cradle purchased with the telescope. Please read the reviews.
