16” Lightbridge
The primary mirror was refigured (to Lambda/27), recoated, and center spotted by Normand Fullum. Since then, I’ve put a few small marks on the mirror, which don’t affect the view, which you can inspect for yourself. While the scope comes apart into smaller, manageable parts, I am selling it because I’d like to get something that's more manageable for me. I’ve used it with groups of kids, and the eyepiece at zenith is at about 68”. In addition to the work I had done on the mirror, I’ve upgraded to Bob’s Knobs on the secondary mirror and Farpoint knobs on the primary. I also replaced some screws with knobs so that the mirror cell can be separated for easier transport and setup. The scope has a working fan, and it comes with the counterweight and the Astrozap shroud. It's f4.5, and the focal length is 1829mm. If you have questions and want to talk about it, let me know.
